The new line of roller insulated shutters THERMIC95 is born for both civil and industrial use.
Innovative productive system
With an innovative productive system, the profiles for roller insulated shutter Thermic95 are produced by the union of two different ribbons suitably shaped, foamed in line subsequently coupled up and calibrated to assume the final dimensions and shape.
Galvanized steel plastic or pre-painted coated
The metal sheets used are in galvanized steel plastic or pre-painted coated with the outer side of 0,5 mm. thickness and the inner side of 0,4 mm. or in pre-painted aluminium of 5,8/10 mm. inner-outer side. They are joined with polyurethane foam with 60 kg/m3 and it provides mechanical strnght in addition to an optimal thermo-acoustical insulation.
For both civil and industrial use.
Thanks to dimensions and conformation of the profile, it fits optimally also on tubular axes with small size, up to a minimum diameter of 130 mm.
